The staff at Imperial Hotel were very good when I fell ill. A kind receptionist took the time to find medicine and water for me, ensuring my comfort. Their attention and helpfulness made a real difference, and I greatly appreciated it. I'll recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the main city square. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the square. The staff were very cooperative and helpful, especially Patricia and Agata at the front desk.

The hotel is perfectly located just off the main square, allowing easy access to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with toiletries, minibar, and even polish for shoes. The staff is attentive and accommodating, with good English skills. Breakfast offers a good selection of food. Some rooms offer a view of the main square, providing a picturesque setting to wake up to.
The English TV channels are limited and the shower temperature fluctuates, occasionally going from hot to cold.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right on the main square in the centre of town. It offers amazing views and the rooms are well appointed with all the facilities needed. The staff are extremely friendly and the service is top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast, which includes free prosecco, is a delightful start to the day.
